Like any good kitchen ware, wooden boards deserve respect - particularly when you clean them. If not taken care of properly, they can turn smelly and in some cases moldy. Fortunately, cleaning them is simple, just takes a little elbow grease and a few everyday ingredients.

Hand wash only! In order to keep board in best shape, use wood conditioner or board wax when wood starts looking dull. This will keep your wooden pieces looking just as good as new.
